Sport Rehabilitation is a service that aims to help people suffering from pain, injury, or illness involving the musculoskeletal system - the muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones, joints, spine, and nerves. We help people of all ages to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury, and reduce pain.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a treatment that uses manual techniques to create heat and pressure on your muscles/surrounding joints. It is beneficial for anyone experiencing muscle tension or feelings of fatigue. Sports massage is also hugely beneficial for athletes and those who exercise regularly, particularly when used as part of a training/exercise plan, to assist recovery and stay injury-free.

Online Rehabilitation

Our online services range from; Telephone, email, video or text consultations. This is a great service if you want some advice or information regarding a new, ongoing or old issue, without the cost of a full face-2-face appointment. Post treatment you may still want regular check ins, updated and progressive exercises programmes or advise without the need for a face-2-face appointment. This service is great if you are back on track but still want some slight steering.

Online Coaching

Online PT is perfect for busy people who are ready to take responsibility for their health, fitness and wellbeing. It's a very different experience from regular Personal Training. You'll have more frequent contact, you won't have to travel for any physical appointments, receive clear and detailed guidance on the best action to take for your goals, including personalised workouts, nutrition & lifestyle advice, with the added bonus of a physio to guide you on any aches and pains. Most importantly, there's no hand-holding; it's entirely up to you to follow the advice given. Being held accountable in this way will help you maintain your results for the rest of your life.

Running Coaching

We offer bespoke running training plans for the full spectrum of runners, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Your bespoke running training plan will be written to reflect the reality of your commitments. Can’t train Sundays? Let’s figure out where your long runs fit in. Holiday booked? Let’s lighten the training that week. Your training plan is built around your unique requirements, giving you the best possible chance of completing it and achieving your goal.

Kinesiology Taping

K-Tape can be used in a variety of ways to achieve different benefits: When applied with little or no stretch on the tape but lots of stretch on the tissue it causes the skin to form convolutions and wrinkle. This creates a bio-mechanical lifting mechanism that decompresses the tissue just under the skin.It is believed that this decompression and having tape on our skin creates 3 main effects: Mechanical Effect, Neurological Effect and Supportive Effect.
